There is nothing more important than teaching our children to know and love the Lord. I loved Jesus so much as a child and I think that this is why I came back to the Lord so easily after straying as a teenager. God's word was still in my heart- Jesus kept knocking even though I chose not to listen. I try to teach my kid's about God daily through my actions, my words, through prayer, and through his words. I feel frustrated though by the world that we live in and how much it already influences my two little girls. I'm hoping that this blog will be a place to encourage other parents. A place where we can support each other in this important task of raising Godly children.
